Morden Mosque

The National Gallery’s Pigott Education Centre welcomes thousands of children, young people and adults each year, and provides an environment in which these visitors can explore and respond to the Gallery’s collection. However, last refurbished in 2011, the spaces are outdated and no longer f it for purpose. Their redesign and refurbishment present the National Gallery with an exciting opportunity to create one of the world’s most inspiring gallery education centres - creating a exciting and stimulating space which engages and connects people of all ages with the Collection. In doing so the re-imagination of the Pigott Education Centre will support the aims of NG200: to provide a world-class welcome for visitors and make it a more open, inclusive and enjoyable environment.
